Der 24. SGLWT - virtueller TechTalk zum Thema “Food processing of unrefined raw materials” findet am 25. Juni 2026 zwischen 17:30 und 18:15 Uhr in englischer Sprache statt. 

Excessive purification of plant raw materials undermines nutrition, sustainability, and sensory quality. In the 24th TechTalk, Prof. Dr. Patrick Rühs from ETH Zürich introduces us to new food processing principles which, according to their claim, unlock the full chemical, biological, and nutritional potential of plant raw materials. The principles reframe food engineering and offer a roadmap towards healthy and sustainable plant-based foods.
